On 21 April 2023, the UK implemented The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 (“18th Amendment”) which amends The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (“UK Russia Regulations”).
